The location in the heart of the old town was perfect for exploring all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom featuring underfloor heating. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. As guests with families, we really appreciated the comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The breakfast spread was great, offering plenty of choices to start the day right. Highly recommended!

Truly exceptional service, as the stuff where pleasant. The breakfast was full of good meals such as fruit, pastries and pancakes. The location was perfect, walking distance from palace of the grand dukes of lithuania. Everything was very clean as always...

The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with nice decor and spaciousness. The location was great, close to all the attractions but still peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom design was not convenient, with no space to put toiletries and a lack of towel hooks. There was no bathtub, only a shower.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city centre but tucked away in a quiet area. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini-bar and Netflix TV. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including room service and laundry services. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious foods available.
